This post rounds up the Cultural Subsystem Series for Indonesia! For Communications Subsystem, I'll generally make two sections: one for magazines, and one for bloggers.
So here are the fashion magazines of Indonesia!
DEWI

Dewi (translates to 'goddess') is a monthly fashion and premium lifestyle magazine. It is a local title published alongside Femina, a weekly female magazine. Dewi will celebrate its 25th year of publication in 2017.
HARPER'S BAZAAR INDONESIA

One of the top titles in Indonesia's fashion journalism, he Indonesian edition of renowned fashion title Harper's Bazaar reached its 16th year of publication in 2016.
NYLON INDONESIA

The Indonesian edition of the US fashion / lifestyle magazine has a focus on art and local talents. Its first came into the scene at 2010.
L'OFFICIEL INDONESIA

The Indonesian edition of French-based publication L'Officiel de la Couture de la Mode de Paris is published fully in English, which differs it from other titles. It published its first issue at 2013.
Now onto the bloggers! Note that Instagram followers count are updated during the time of the publication of this post, which is 05/03/2017.

Style defined: feminine, trendy, ladylike. Honestly I would really love to have her closet, since her collection is so on point . Although she mostly focuses on fashion content (like, you can tell how much she loves fashion from the pictures), she also touches some points on beauty, lifestyle, and even her personal story.
ANASTASIA SIANTAR (brownplatform.com | 316k followers)

Style defined: chic, contemporary, resort-style. One of the pioneers of the Indonesian blogging scene, Anaz first started off through Lookbook.nu (which was also the starting point for mega-blogger Chiara Ferragni). She also really loves travelling, and she does change up her style throughout the years.
SONIA ERYKA (soniaeryka.com | 168k followers)

Style (self)defined: riotous belle. Sonia's fashion aesthetic stood out from the usual uber-feminine cici-cici ('older sisters' in Indonesian) style most commonly seen in Indonesia (second to T-shirt with jeans but that's worldwide). Aside from her blog, she also runs a cafe called Ninotchka and has released some of her musical works.
So... We're done with one region! Even though I was born and raised here, I found out a lot about the fashion industry in Indonesia from working on these posts. Here's a toast for better days and bigger international recognition for my beloved Indo!
