On the Improvement Sheet: Public Speaking

Genuine question here - is there anyone born with naturally amazing public speaking skills?
I feel like presentations or anything that involves talking to a number of people have always been a relatively weak link of me. One of my English tutors told me that I don't enunciate enough. People I know, in general, tell me that I speak too fast. I have no clue on how my body language is like.
And of course, I have a thick Javanese accent/dialect that shows up no matter what language I speak. It's so strong that I don't pick up any Australian accent or Singlish.
On a talk on Personal Branding last week, the speaker did her presentation really, really well. And she said that she used to be shy. Yet another case of successful people aren't born but made. Some of the advices she relayed were:
Fix your posture
Enunciate
Speak from the abdomen, rather than the throat
Be confident, or fake it
Change how you present yourself to people
Make sure that your OOTD supports you
Eye contact builds rapport
Use body language to support
